By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the mbi33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and mbi33 (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the mbi33 platform. Continued use after any amendment to the terms means you accept the updated conditions.

Use of the mbi33 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Not from or residing in a country that restricts online gambling
• Not previously banned or suspended from the mbi33 platform
• Registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party
• Does not hold more than one active account at any time

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. mbi33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card or passport at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to comply with these verification requests may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

mbi33 supports a range of payment methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed securely and are subject to the following limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours
• Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, USDT, BTC and ETH

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered in the same user's name. mbi33 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Every withdrawal request is subject to internal review to verify the validity of the transaction and compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

Before a withdrawal is approved, any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met. Balances derived from bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

mbi33 offers various bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

The mbi33 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the value of the bonus received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses, is an action that may result in account closure
• mbi33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if a user breaches the promotion terms
• All other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated when the relevant promotion is launched

The mbi33 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, and users can move up to a higher tier based on their gaming activity.

Users of the mbi33 platform are required to comply with the established conduct guidelines. Any breach may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi33 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to play or place bets
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system
• Uploading or sharing false information during registration or account verification
• Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses or avoid betting limits
• Misusing customer service in an abusive, threatening or unethical manner

mbi33 uses an advanced fraud detection system. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including adjustment of winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

mbi33 collects and processes users' personal data based on operational requirements of the platform and compliance with relevant laws. Your personal information is used for account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and service-related communications.

mbi33 provides its platform services "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. Our platform aims to operate 24/7, however occasional technical disruptions may occur. mbi33 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including issues with the user's internet connection
• Gaming decisions made based on information misunderstood by the user
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to user negligence
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment processors

mbi33's maximum liability to any user at any time is limited to the value of that user's account balance at the time the claim is made.

Users may close their mbi33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and any ineligible bonus balances will be forfeited.

mbi33 fully supports responsible gambling. Users who feel their gambling activity is becoming a problem may voluntarily request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be enforced within the specified period and the account in question will not be accessible again until the exclusion period ends.

mbi33 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its own discretion, particularly in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or failure to complete required verification. In such situations, any cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
